We are delighted to announce that Susana Cao Miranda will be joining as a Partner in the firm. Susana is a leading litigator and will join Pallas from Linklaters, where she is currently a Partner in the firm’s Litigation, Arbitration and Investigations group in London. Prior to joining Linklaters in 2017, Susana was a Managing Director at Goldman Sachs in London, where she was responsible for litigation and contentious regulatory proceedings across EMEA.
Susana is a leading disputes lawyer who brings with her an unparalleled range of experience in litigation before the English Courts and other jurisdictions including proceedings involving complex commercial litigation, finance litigation, as well as securities fraud and competition litigation. Her practice crosses the most important sector boundaries and regulatory frameworks including finance and banking, telecomms, mining, natural resources and energy. Most recently, Susana represented the Telefonica entities in the defence of standalone competition litigation brought by the administrators of Phones4U (link here).
Susana’s quality and work is recognised by ratings in all the major legal directories.
